Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 The “Client” means the person/s, organisation or company booking the equipment with the “Company”.
1.2 The “Company” means Hire Photo Booth (.com)
1.3 “Hire” is the hire of equipment accompanied by a representative of the Company to supervise use of the booked equipment.
2. Bookings
2.1 All the equipment remains the property of the company at all times.
2.2 By placing an order with the company either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether the booking form has been returned or deposit paid it is deemed that the client has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound all our terms and conditions of hire.
3. Prices, Deposit and Balance Payments
3.1 Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 All hires are subject to minimum Booking Fee of £200.
3.3 Booking Fee is non refundable if the cancellation is made by the Client at any time and circumstances.
3.4 The Booking Fee is necessary to secure the hire. Until the Booking Fee or full payment is made, the date cannot be confirmed.
3.5 The balance to be paid in full and cleared 7 days prior to the event start day or earlier or in case of bookings placed in 7 days or less before the event the balance must be paid in full on booking day or on the day of event in cash before the agreed start time.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Any cancelled booking is subject to the 50% of booking value cancellation charge.
5. Equipment
5.1 The Company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.
5.2 All sizes quoted are approximate.
5.3 All equipment and props remain the property of the Company at all times.
5.4 The Company reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.
6. Site Location, Delivery, Facilities and Conduct
6.1 Hired equipment will be set up on one location as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded in and set up.
6.2 The Company reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the Client has failed to notify the Company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the Company.
6.3 It is responsibility of the Client to ensure that:
6.3.1 Parking space is available for our vehicle during the hire.
6.3.2 Suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of event.
6.3.3 Standard working plug socket is located next to the space of placing the equipment.
6.3.4 Appropriate space is made for a table and people queuing for the booth.
6.4 Set up and removal of the equipment is free of charge.
6.5 A trained representative of the Company will be with hired equipment at all times to ensure smooth running.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to terminate the hire and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the Company feels that guests or Clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. The Company provides friendly services and it will not tolerate any violence or abuse towards Company’s representatives. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the Company.
6.7 If for any reason the hire is not able to start at the agreed time due to the Client or the event (e.g. over-running) then the hire will end as stated and agreed on the booking form.
6.8 If for any reason the set up is delayed due to delay of the event or due to events beyond the control of the Company, this includes the venue, then the hire will end as stated and agreed on the booking form.
6.9 If any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the Company from attending the booked event the Company will refund all the money paid.
6.10 If for any reason the Company is unable to complete the agreed hire period due to a fault of the Company, this can include late arrival, failed equipment, then the Company will refund to the Client the lost time at a rate of £50 per hour.
7. Use of Images
7.1 When hiring from the Company the Client gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on the Company’s website, social media pages and for advertising purposes.
7.2 The Company will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website or for advertising and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to the Client.
8. Liability and Damages to the Company’s Equipment
8.1 All the equipment and props supplied to the Client remains the property of the Company at all times.
8.2 Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damages or loss to the Company equipment caused by:
- any misuse of Company’s equipment by Client or its guests
- any theft or disaster (including to but not limited to fire or flood) at the Client’s event
and the Client will be responsible for paying to the Company the replacement value of the equipment as defined by the Company.
8.3 The Company accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury from the misuse of the Company’s equipment.
